The 20 year-old Actress & Stylista has become quite the talk these days from her super hot romance with fiancé Liam Hemsworth to her red carpet draw dropping appearances. It's safe to say that Miley is the hottest star getting her spotlight on and I'm not mad. She posed for Maxim's Hot 100 list in some distressed Levi denim and blinged out in Versace jewels, how gorge is this hair cut? Congrats to Miley for beating out all the hotties and landing at #1...she is smokin' these days. Go girl!
