We are officially 1 week away from Fashion's Night Out! Join me as well as other Fashingtonians from 6-11pm, September 6th in DC's fashion playground for a monumental evening of style and entertainment. From cocktails and music to trunk shows and exclusive style events, Fashion's Night Out Georgetown offers over 100 ways to shop, play and celebrate style! Are you excited???

 Don't miss FNO Georgetown's 2012 fashionable festivities below:

• Pre-FNO Clothing Drive – Clean out your closet and make way for fall and your FNO purchases! On the two weekends before Sept. 6th, BrightestYoungThings and Goodwill DC are holding a clothing drive with drop-off locations at FLOR (1037 33rd St, NW), Hitched (1523 Wisconsin Ave, NW), CUSP (3030 M St, NW), and Duo (1624 Wisconsin Ave, NW).
• Everyone's a Star – On FNO Georgetown, everyone's a star! Walk the red carpet, strike a pose and get your picture taken at four FNO Georgetown red carpet locations - Cady's Alley (between 33rd and 34th on M St), 30th & M Street (SunTrust Bank), Wisconsin & M Street (Banana Republic) and at the Dean & DeLuca/ BrightestYoungThings Lounge on M Street. Red carpets designed by FLOR! First 350 to strike a pose at one of the four red carpet locations gets a free FNO surprise gift.
• vitaminwater zero Pop-Up Disco – Get your groove on at the outdoor vitaminwater zero Pop-Up Disco outdoor dance floor with rotating DJ sets by Fatback at the PNC Bank lot (M & Wisconsin Ave.). In between fashion events, take a break, let your hair down, and chill or shake your booty.
• BYT Lounge Takeover – Entertain and be entertained as BrightestYoungThings brings a slice of their ever-creative fun to the Dean & DeLuca patio lounge (3276 M St) from 7:30-11pm, fresh with ESL Music and Fatback DJs spinning all night.
• Signature FNO Cocktails – A party isn't complete without cocktails - sip and sample signature, and fashion-worthy, FNO cocktails at participating restaurants, like Bandolero's The Devil Wears Prada and Morton's The Steakhouse's Black Tie Cocktail.
• Shop and Ride – Luxury car service UBER will get you to Fashion's Night Out Georgetown in style! • 100 Stars – The real stars of Fashion's Night Out are the stores, restaurants and salons who will be hosting fun, creative events throughout the neighborhood. In-store events will range from a DC Scout styling + shopping party at CUSP, complimentary facials at Kiehl's, an Instagram Style contest at BCBG Georgetown, blowouts + a lipstick bar with Nectar Skin Bar and IPSA Hair Salon and more!

Save the Date for Fashion’s Night Out Georgetown! Thursday, September 6, 2012 will be a day/night you won't want to miss! I've been to FNO every year and I'm anticipating this one to be one of best, after all the slogan is "Liberty and Fashion for all." How cute is that?

In 2011, Fashion's Night Out Georgetown featured exciting events at over 105 stores, restaurants and salons, and was presented by the Georgetown Business Improvement District, who, along with the 2011 Fashion’s Night Out Host Committee, was proud to bring this exciting global event to DC! From cocktails and music to trunk shows and exclusive style events, FNO Georgetown offered over 105 ways to shop, play and celebrate style! See what you missed here!

Calling all fashionistas! Join us for a memorable evening in DC’s renowned fashion district. The Georgetown Business Improvement District (BID) has officially registered Georgetown as a participant in the global fashion event, “Fashion’s Night Out,” (FNO) on Friday, September 10.



One of the biggest and most exciting global fashion events to ever come to DC! Georgetown’s FNO will bring together over 50 stores, restaurants, salons and spas for an exciting evening full of spectacular fashion events, special discounts, promotions and extended shopping hours.
