4th Annual "Project Impact" Toy & Clothing Drive

 

WHO: Kimesha Nicole, Kimberly Rene, The Fellaz Youth Foundation, and Mindstream Radio

WHAT: We will be hosting our 4th annual toy drive under our community service initiative program "Project Impact." We are asking that patrons donate an unwrapped toy for a child or an article of clothing this holiday season (2-17 age range). Donations will be given to children from the S.O.M.E (So Others Might Eat) Organization.

So Others Might Eat is the only interfaith, community-based organization in the District of Columbia that offers a comprehensive, holistic approach to caring for the homeless and extremely poor citizens of our city.

WHEN: Saturday, December 15th, 2012

EVENT ALERT: Get Courageous Movement. The Get Courageous Kickoff

Who: Kiki Ramsey International, a premier coaching business dedicated to serving women. Kiki Ramsey is a life coach, licensed social worker and dynamic speaker. For over 10 years, Kiki has been a catalyst for helping women overcome challenges and transform their lives. Her own unique life experiences have laid the foundation she now uses to help women challenge themselves and begin living the lives they want.


What: Life coach and dynamic speaker Kiki Ramsey, has declared 2012 as the year of courage for women across the country and she is inviting individuals to join her at the kickoff event for the Get Courageous Movement. The Get Courageous Kickoff will feature expert panelists in the areas of relationships, career, finances, emotional well-being, spiritual growth and health. Attendees will also have the opportunity to visit vendor booths and network with other audacious women. In addition, gently used suits and accessories will be collected at this event and donated to Dress for Success Washington, D.C. This is an non-profit organization that provides professional attire, mentoring programs and career assistance to women who are making the transition from welfare to work.
