Attention, Beauty Bloggers of the universe, MTV recently announced a casting for.....wait for it....wait for it.....YOU!

A development executive at the network has sounded the casting call via Twitter, recently writing, “MTV is casting beauty bloggers (who appear to be 18-24) who have enough tips/tricks to put the beauty mags out of business. Send me links.”

My favorite Style & Grace Icon Rihanna does again! She rocked MTV's EMA Award Show in a Marchesa 2011 gown. I love the up-do and her make-up is flawless. She is definitely glowing, I'm feeling this look on Rih!! 

After her fabulous red carpet arrival, Rihanna got flower happy in her performance for "Only Girl In The World" and I LOVE it. She looks great and you can tell she's in a good place. Go Rih!
