WEDDING BLISS WEDNESDAY: Ludacris & Eudoxie 'Why Wait' Ceremony!

First and foremost, Happy 2015 guys! I hope you all had an amazing New Year Eve night and that your year may be filled with happiness, love and prosperity. My New Years started a bit rocky but I'm loving all that 2015 is bringing to my life thus far and I can't wait to see all that it has to offer. Now let's get into one of my favorite couples that just recently tied the knot. Rapper Ludacris and longtime girlfriend, Eudoxie recently got engaged right after Christmas while they were on their way to Costa Rica for a holiday vacation and then shortly tied the knot a few days later in what they call the #WhyWait ceremony (see below)! 

How adorable is this #milehighproposal? I'm so obsessed with this couple, they've been together for so long that it was only right that he took the proposal to new heights. By far one of the sweetest proposals I've ever seen.

And just yesterday the newlyweds released exclusive pictures from their wedding with the hashtags #whywait #mrandmrsbridges that sent Instagram into a frenzy! I love love love the simplicity of Eudoxie's dress and the very relaxed no tie look that Ludacris has going on. I think it's so beautiful to see a couple who've been together for so long not prolong a engagement when they already know they want their forever to start now.  

I love hearing about engagements and marriages at the beginning of the year. Congrats to Mr. & Mrs. Bridges, wishing them a lifetime of happiness and boundless love.

Wedding Bliss: Solange & Alan Tie The Knot NOLA Style

You guessed it....you was right! Solange and her fiancé Alan Ferguson tied the knot Sunday in New Orleans with close family and friends. As soon as pictures started infiltrating my timeline from the rehearsal dinner Saturday night, I made sure to stay glued to Instagram for the pics. Check out the all white wedding below featuring Beyonce, Jay, Blue, Mama Tina & more ( I'm swooning x100 on all of Solo's beautiful looks).

 

Congrats to Solo!!! Did y'all see Mama Tina slaying it? She looks sooo good! I'm so obsessed with this wedding especially the "ride the bike" down the street idea and group pic. Check out the super cute Mommy & Son dance below!

WEDDING BLISS: Olivia Palermo Marries Beau, Johannes Huebl

 

Quiet as kept, Stylista Olivia Palermo married her longtime beau, Johannes Huebl over the weekend. After 6 1/2 years of "courting" one of my favorite couples decided to tie the knot in a very romantic ceremony surrounded by their closest family and friends in Bedford, New York. Olivia stayed true to her very effortless style by wearing a custom "cashmere sweater with scattered ostrich feathers and chic white shorts with a full tulle skirt overlay that cinched at the waist in layers of satin and silk and featured a high slit in the front with floral details" according to her site.  The groom wore a tailored white Marc Anthony Hamburg suit with a Marc Anthony Hamburg piquet shirt, a navy Charvet tie and navy Etro pocket square. They clean up pretty nice, what a beautiful couple (I've been Instagram stalking this couple for a VERY long time, it's nice to see them make it official).

Olivia also channeled her inner Carrie Bradshaw by wearing "something blue" on her special day, also known as the signature Manolo Blahniks from the movie Sex and the City when Carrie Bradshaw married the love of her life, Big in city all. How New York of Olivia? Congrats to the happy couple! They give me hope...

WEDDING BLISS: Kim & Kanye!

If you haven't heard by now, let me be the first or the last to tell you that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are officially married!! Kim is now officially "Kim Kardashian West" according to her Instagram account and of course the wedding was every bit of romantic. The bride and groom both wore Givenchy Couture and we hear Baby Nori West was also in Givenchy herself. Although only a few photos have been released I'm sure we will get the full picture in the coming weeks as the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' return for another season.

Happy Wednesday guys! It's finally starting to feel like Spring/Summer in the DMV and that makes me happy. Love is truly in the air, as I just got my official wedding invitation to my girlfriend's wedding (hence my post) so I'm the "lovey dovey" mood you can say lol. That makes three weddings for me this year, good to see people I love find the love they deserve. Have a great day people!

The moment we've all been waiting for, well definitely Kim & Kanye have been waiting for has finally arrived. The "World's Most Talked About Couple" covers the fashion bible, VOGUE April 2014 issue and dare I say I FREAKIN LOVE IT. After almost shattering the internet last Friday with the release of the cover they also released Behind-The-Scene footage of the happy couple and super cute Nori on set. With just less than 2 months away from their wedding in Paris the couple looks to be living the dream right now! Check out a few pictures from their photo-shoot & BTS below:

SECOND TIME IS A CHARM: NeNe Leakes Hollywood Glam Wedding!

 

Congrats to the newlyweds for the second time! How gorgeous is NeNe? She wore a $50,000 Baracci dress during the ceremony and a beautiful headpiece while her hubby, Gregg wore a black and white tuxedo. The wedding was pure Hollywood Glam as they decked out the InterContinental hotel in the tony Buckhead section of Atlanta. WEDDING BLISS: Jessica Biel & Justin Timberlake

 

Mazol Tov to Mr. & Mrs. Timberlake! Over the weekend news broke that the cutesy couple tied the knot in a intimate ceremony in Italy. And of course People has the exclusive on the super romantic nuptials. We hear that Biel wore a custom Giambattista Valli haute couture gown–and it was very, very pink, of course while her Hubby, Justin wore a Tom Ford tux he helped design. Not huge fan of the pink wedding gown on the cover but I'm sure once I pick up my copy of the magazine it will steal my heart. Justin is giving me Tom Cruise right now, lol. Anyway, congrats to Jessica & Justin!  

 

 

....maybe I should be in Italy, seems like the place to find/be in love. lol!

WEDDING BLISS: Mark Zuckerberg & Priscilla Chan

Last weekend, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg married his long-time fiancee, Priscilla Chan in Palo Alto, California. They wed in the couple's backyard with close family and friends. More importantly his beautiful wife wore a Claire Pettibone’s“Sky Between the Branches” gown worth $4,700. The gown is an ivory laser-cut floral dress adorned with matte sequins lined in silk and amazing illusion jewel neckline, sheer back and chapel-length train. Mr. Facebook himself looks quite dapper himself, congrats to the happy couple!

Gossip Girl STANS near and far it seems like wedding bells will be ringing in the near future for our favorite Upper East Side gal Blair Waldorf. Spotted recently in NYC filming for an upcoming episode wearing........you guessed it A FABULOUS WEDDING GOWN. The episode is set to air in early January 2012! *uber excitement*

According to InStyle,com, "Monique Lhuillier is behind the strapless lace and tulle gown with a sweetheart neckline and side bow. Waldorf’s look is similar to the “Emma” style the designer created for her fall 2012 collection, with a few tweaks, like the ivory hue and a fuller skirt."

MY EUROPEAN TAKEOVER: Ayia Napa, Cyprus For My 1st Greek Wedding!

SO, I began my journey to Europe first stopping off at the Greek Island Of Cyprus for my Ex-College Roommates wedding! My oh my was it scorching, after a delay in travel myself and my rockstar parents made our way to the fabulous villa in Ayia Napa to join her family and the rest of the bridal party! We stayed only for three days and had a BLAST! See pictures below...
