RECAP: Style'N Fall Segment with Let's Talk Live DC!

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to model one of my favorite looks for Fall 2013 with some beautiful women that are just as passionate as I'am about fashion. Fashion Stylist, Naina Singla styled all of the models including me for the "Let's Talk Live" TV segment. I've done a modeling TV segment before so I was very excited when I was asked to do it again. Check out a few pictures from the TV segment below:

Fashion Stylist & Moderator, Naina Singla

The signature "Schuntel fix your hair" move...I'm obsessed with making sure all of my hair is in the right place, but at least I looked fabulous doing it while showing off an amazing statement necklace :)

After a successful segment on "Let's Talk Live" we were all smiles!

All of the models! What a fun way to start my day, I really enjoy TV segments like this and hope to do more. Thanks to Whitney Stringer PR for putting this all together, she's amazing!

My entire outfit including the jewels can be found at www.nordstrom.com! If you're looking for the perfect work dress for Fall/Winter you need to go to Nordstrom (I'm not getting paid to say this) because they have a lot of amazing pieces that could work for any working woman on the move.

BEST DRESSED: The 2013 CFDA Awards

Last night the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards took place at Lincoln Center in New York and of course the red carpet was filled with glitz and glamour. Check out my favorite looks of the night:

Jessica Stam is werking it in yellow!

Erin Wasson & Alexander Wang all dressed up in their black & white respectively.

I LIVE for Olivia Palermo's style

Joan Smalls looked stunning per her usual

Kerry Washington went bold and bright

Miranda Kerr went floral fab

My favorite look of the night was definitely Nicole Richie in this gold Michael Kors gown. PERFECTION!

Big winner of the night, Riccardo Tisci of Givenchy and Jessica Chastain

Trendsetter & Designer, Thom Browne wore an interesting suit

Totally loving the emerald green gown & jewels on Sofia Vergara

Tory Burch looked radiant in this sheer dress. I love everything about this look!

Long-hair don't care, Vera Wang kept it chic and fab per usual! How beautiful is that hair?! SWOON.

MODEL CITIZEN: Chanel Iman Talks Racism to The Sunday Times Style UK

22 year-old International Model, Chanel Iman broke her silence about racism that exists in the fashion industry to The Sunday Times Style UK last month! It's interesting to hear her perspective from the fashion industry and definitely brings more awareness to racism. Hopefully we can someday overcome job opportunities being based on the color of our skin and more based on the content of our character and work performance. I feel that the fashion industry has jumped through many hurdles and broke through tough barriers but, there is still work to do. Kudos to Chanel for speaking on this issue!

MODEL FOR THE DAY: CBS/WUSA9 New Years Eve TV Segment

This morning I had the chance to claim my two minutes of model stardom on CBS/WUSA9 News for their New Years Eve segment with Carine Krawiec. I had so much fun being a 'Model for the Day' with other local bloggers as we showed off looks from Carine's Bridal Atelier, Urban Chic, Wink and other fabulous boutiques. My morning began at 3am as I dashed over to Karma Lounge to get glammed up (Thanks Isabelle & Peggy) and try on my sparkly dress and super cute fur coat :) See pics below:
