Last night, BET's 106 & Park Host Rocsi embraced the sheer black dress trend as she was the MC of the night for Russell Simmons' "Conversation With 'Tower Heist' Director Brett Ratner & Cast" event at the Dream Hotel in NYC. I'm confused as to why she chose lace boy shorts to wear opposed to solid black shorts or high-waist underwear :/
