BEST DRESSED: 2013 Billboard Music Awards

The 2013 Billboard Music Awards took place yesterday at the MGM Grand Arena in Vegas and the stars showed up for the momentous occasion. I got the chance to watch a few performances but my eyes were glued on the "Married to Medicine" season finale...eeek! Check out a few of my favorite looks:
