The fabulous Mrs. Michelle Obama wow'd the State of Union in Rachel Roy sheath dress, the color "putty." The First Lady kept accessories to a minimum, wearing drop earrings and a stack of lucite bangle bracelets. Very elegant and chic if you ask me! I LOVE this look on Mrs. O!
