The name is Tika Sumpter. And where did she come from? She's an actress whom recently played Layla on One Life to Live. She will play Raina Thorpe, the daughter of a powerful business tycoon and a possible love interest to Chuck Bass (OMG!). Sumpter, who is looking rather fabulous for her first day on set —was spotted this week outside of Bergdorf Goodman shooting a scene with Chace Crawford, who plays Nate Archibald. If your a huge Gossip Girl fan like myself, be sure to tune in January 24th for new episodes on the CW Network.
