Lately it seems like Hollywood Women have been spotted wearing everything from tailored trousers to vests and now to neck ties! YES, I said it....neck ties seem to be the new craze among celebrities and stylista's. The last time I wore a neck tie was circa 2003 when they were considered "cool" to throw on suspenders and a neck tie from the popular store Hot Topic, do ya'll remember that?
