There is ALWAYS something happening in the nation's capitol, especially at the White House. President Obama and FLOTUS the First Lady of the United States welcomed Prime Minister David Cameron and his wife, Samantha Cameron, at the United Kingdom State Dinner yesterday afternoon. Of course the highlight of the night was Michelle Obama's off-shoulder silk teal dress made by the legendary British designer Georgina Chapman (who was a guest at the dinner) for American fashion house Marchesa. The gown was stunning and our FLOTUS also donned a bold blue statement necklace by Tom Binns, cascading with beads.
