What an exciting week it has been from Lupita Nyong'o winning the Oscar's for supporting Actress in the incredible movie 12 Years of a Slave (Must see movie!) to a toast to a new month closer to warmer weather. It snowed again yesterday, so I'm hoping that was the last of the polar vortex we've been experiencing this cold winter. Happy March everyone, I've got so many things planned for the upcoming months (a few trips planned) so I'm excited to start this month off with positive energy. Congrats again to Lupita Nyong'o! She is a Cinderella story in the truest form and gives girls of color a reason to strive for success and know that their "dreams are valid", couldn't have been prouder to see her take home an Oscar. Black History in the making!
